Our property inspection gives you an insight into the condition of the building, surrounding outbuildings, garage, garden shed, fences, retaining walls and pool. Any defects are identified and assessed for their possible effect on the integrity of the building and surroundings.

Making notes during a property inspection

A detailed inspection report including photos, is carried out in accordance with Australian Standard (AS) 4349.1-2007 and 4349.0-2007. These standards specify the minimum requirements for a building inspection within Australia.

Our report

We report to you by email within 24 hours after the inspection giving a clear explanation of the main issues. We may also give an indication of estimated costs to repair or reinstate items that need attention.

We explain the implications of any defects and the ongoing effects that you can anticipate, and advise of current and future maintenance issues.

We prepare a full written report, recording all that was observed. This generally includes explanations and digital images.
